By purchasing and downloading digital files from Gotta Make It Creations, You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
 

1. Limited Physical Sales: Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, limited license to produce and sell unlimited physical units of the digital product. 

 2. Commercial Use: You may use the digital files for commercial purposes limited to small businesses, family-owned enterprises, and home-based production only.
 

3. Redistribution Prohibited: You may not redistribute, share, or resell the digital files, in whole or in part, in their original or modified form, digitally or physically, on any platform or marketplace. Doing so will result in legal action. If You have obtained our products from a different site, please notify us immediately.
 

4. No Derivative Works: You may not create derivative works based on the digital files for the purpose of resale or distribution.
 

5. Image and Video Usage: Use of product images and videos owned by Gotta Make It Creations for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized usage will result in immediate action without prior warning.
 

6. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the digital files and to indemnify and hold harmless Gotta Make It Creations against any claims resulting from Your breach of this Agreement.
 

7. Attribution: While attribution is not mandatory for small commercial use, if you choose to include it, you can use the following example: "Designed by Gotta Make It Creations.”
 

8. Enforcement: Licensee agrees that Gotta Make It Creations reserves the right to monitor the use of its products. Any unauthorized use of our product images or videos on any website or platform will result in immediate notification and may lead to further legal action without prior warning.
 

By purchasing and downloading digital files from Gotta Make It Creations, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
